1 1/2 C. butter, softened
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground ginger
6 1/2 – 7 C. confectioners’ sugar
Mix butter and cream cheese until thoroughly blended. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and ginger and combine. Add confectioners’ sugar 1 cup at a time and mix until your desired consistency is reached. Spread or pipe onto your cake.
